DULUX SELECT DECORATOR ASSESSORS
ICI Dulux urgently require Qualified Assessors for their Dulux Select
Decorator Scheme
"We would require our assessors to be highly skilled and qualified (though
we will provide extra training on how to conduct assessments to all before expecting anyone to go on a site visit).
They must also be comfortable with recommending that a decorator becomes a member of, or equally is turned down
from membership to, Dulux Select Decorators and be able to give a brief presentation to the applicant on the workings
of the scheme when they are on site."
Assessors Fees:
As the scheme stands at the moment there is a Fee of £65 paid to the assessor for each site that they visit
to carry out assessments. Assessors should expect to be on site for roughly one hour.
Mileage:
The aim is to achieve an assessment team situation where a majority of the assessments can be undertaken within
a 30 mile radius (60 mile return trip) - however, we appreciate this is not always possible. Therefore for journeys
that exceed the 60 miles round trip for a single site, you can claim mileage at 35p for each additional mile.
The scheme: ("Quality guaranteed decorators")
Members of Dulux Select Decorators are assessed in order to obtain their Dulux Approved status and their work is
